Lorraine McLaughlin General Manager Dovida Midlands

Lorraine McLaughlin

General Manager, Dovida Midlands

I am so proud to lead a team that is committed to delivering person-centred care and support across the Midlands. Seeing the positive ways our team supports clients’ wellbeing brings all of us such joy every day.

I worked in the Scheduling for five years when I first joined Dovida, before working as Operations Manager and now as General Manager since 2022. This experience has taught me that great care begins with great people, and we have that in abundance in Dovida Midlands.

I am passionate about supporting our teams and strengthening our communities. You can contact me at lorraine.mclaughlin@dovida.ie
