We choose caregivers that are warm, open and easy to get along with, so you can build a relationship with them as soon as they come into your life. They also receive specialised training on our person-centred approach to care.

Yes, we carefully match you with a caregiver based on your interests, preferences and care needs to make sure you have a genuine connection with them. But, of course, if you’d like to request a specific caregiver, we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
