How home care services work
Step 1 – Contact your local office
Begin your journey by contacting your local Dovida office, where we’ll have a quick conversation about your unique needs and organise a free, no-obligation consultation.
Step 2 – An initial consultation at home
A local Care Manager will visit you at home for your consultation. You and your loved ones are welcome to ask questions and explore your options.
This will help us to get a better understanding of your individual needs and create a care plan that best supports you.
Step 3 – Find the right match
We’ll carefully match you to a caregiver or a team of caregivers, taking into account your preferences, needs, and interests.
Visits will be scheduled to your date and time preference to create a stress-free start to your care.
Step 4 – Get to know each other
Your caregiver will begin your care by getting to know you, your routine and your needs, so you can start building a long-lasting relationship.
Step 5 – Ongoing review
Your Care Manager will work with you to ensure that your care meets your needs and that you are happy with the service provided. Care Plans and the schedule of visits will be amended to support changing requirements.
