Employee recognition is the beating heart of the culture at Dovida. We reward Caregivers for their work through initiatives like Caregiver of the Year, Caregiver of the Month, 5- and 10-year work anniversaries, social events, prize draws, and initiatives like Caregiver Appreciation Week.
These events are a great opportunity for each employee to see their hard work get the recognition it deserves, and to feel like a valued member of the Dovida family.

Culture Week – a highlight of our year
We elevate and celebrate the achievements of Caregivers from diverse cultural, ethnic and professional backgrounds. Dovida Culture Week, which takes place each November, is a country-wide celebration of the variety of vibrant cultures our staff represent.
Over the course of the week, local offices hold cultural events, where every employee gets the chance to share stories about themselves and their culture – Dovida Culture Week ranks among the highlights of our events calendar.
Our culture is all about empowering our Caregivers with the skills they need to deliver excellence in care, and we show respect for their experience as they develop their career with us. At Dovida, we invest in our team’s success through comprehensive training and development opportunities.
