How long will it take for my service to start?
It really depends on many variables but it can typically take up to two weeks to get a service started due to the high demand for home care services.
How much does home care cost?
It depends on the type of service you are looking for. The best thing to do is to call us at 01 424 1945 or email thomas.jenkinson@dovida.ie and we will be happy to give you full pricing as soon as we understand your needs.
What is involved in setting up a home care service?
Once you contact us with a service enquiry, we will talk through your needs over the phone.
Once you feel that you would like to proceed, we will send one of our experienced Care Managers out to you to carry out a needs and risk assessment.
Once completed, this paperwork is taken back to the office to set up your home care service and to develop your individual Care Plan.
One of our schedulers will then be in touch with regard to introducing you to your new Caregiver and a time will be agreed for the start of your new home care service.
Can your caregivers drive me to my appointments?
Yes we have a service that can do this, all you need to do is call the office to make the arrangement with a bit of notice once your service is set up.
Are your caregivers supervised?
Yes, all our caregivers are supervised by our experienced team of Care Managers who carry out regular supervisory visits and quality audits.
