What is Dovida Culture Week?
During Dovida Culture Week, we celebrate more than 5,000 people who make up our wonderful team, representing some 70 countries and many more cultures.
Throughout the week, we will shine a spotlight on those who contribute so compassionately to care in Ireland.
Why are we celebrating Dovida Culture Week?
Each person working at Dovida has a unique perspective on care, shaped by their experiences, their upbringing, and the people they’ve met along the way.
By marking this uniqueness, we can discover what makes our community so special and celebrate the differences and similarities in how we all care.
How are we celebrating Dovida Culture Week?
Our local offices will be hosting get-togethers across the country, where colleagues can meet, chat, and sample delicious food from a variety of continents.
We’ll publish articles written by colleagues from all over the world who have chosen a career in care in Ireland – keep an eye on our website and social media to read their fascinating stories!
