We are currently hiring for the position of Scheduling Coordinator at Dovida Cork South.

What kind of person makes a good scheduler?

If you have strong organisational skills, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving ability… this is the job for you. If you like making things happen, making all the logistical pieces of a puzzle fit, we want to hear from you.

What will I be doing?

Rostering Caregiver shifts
Monitoring, mediating and logging any Client and Caregivers concerns
Effectively managing and developing relationships with Caregivers and Clients
Actively encouraging contact between Caregivers and Clients and the office
Coordinate and maintain a complete Client service schedule using our in-house CRM system
Accurately enter and maintain Client and Caregivers records
Record Caregivers hours and enter hours into People Planner
Deal with emergency situations decisively and effectively
Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
Participate as needed in meetings related to Caregivers scheduling/work rotas
Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary
