2025 HCCI Awards | Karla Lynch

Meet Karla Lynch, Dovida Meath’s HR Lead and of the shortlistees in the HR of the Year category at the 2025 Home and Community Care Ireland (HCCI) Home Care Awards, taking place on Thursday September 11th in Athlone.

Who is Karla?

Karla joined Dovida Meath on the 31^st of August 2020 as an Office Administrator and was promoted to HR Administrator and Compliance Officer in February 2023. In January 2024, Karla was further promoted to HR Lead in recognition of her work in the HR department.

Tell us a bit about Karla

Karla is organised, reliable, punctual and full of energy and embraces everything that she is asked to do. She is a very strong character and an extremely funny person and is highly regarded by her colleagues. Earlier this year, after having been voted by her peers, Karla was named HR of the Year at Dovida’s annual conference.
