Meet our Caregivers | Sabrina Roche
Sabrina joined Dovida’s Galway care team in August 2022 and has become a valuable part of the team, supporting clients in Ballybane, east of Galway city.

My name is Sabrina, and I’ve had the joy of being part of the Dovida team for three wonderful years now.
What’s the best thing about being a Caregiver?
Every day, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to do what I love. My clients truly make my days special — their smiles, their strength, and the progress they make at home are what make this work so meaningful.
What’s one thing that stands out to you?
One of the most memorable parts of my journey was caring for my oldest client, who was 100 years old. Sadly, she passed away in December, but I was honoured to care for her in the comfort of her own home. The memories we made together will stay with me forever. Being with her daily, learning from her wisdom, and sharing those moments added not only to my heart, but to my experience and growth in this role.
What message do you have for your clients?
I’m deeply grateful to the families who trust me with their loved ones. That trust is what makes this job so fulfilling. Thank you for letting me be part of your lives and for helping me find so much purpose in the work I do.”
