Meet Our Caregivers | Ryan Matthews
We have the pleasure of introducing Ryan Matthews, Dovida Cavan and Monaghan, one of the dedicated Dovida Caregivers. We are proud to have people like Ryan on the team whose passion and dedication shines through.
Why choose care?
In the factory where I was before this, the work and pay was good but it felt unimportant. I wanted to spend my time making the world a little bit of a better place, and so caring seemed like the right option.
Why Choose Dovida?
Meeting people like Wiseman (Fellow Dovida Cavan and Monaghan Caregiver) coming in gave me a good impression of the company. I love the flexible hours, the teamwork, getting to know people, having a cup of tea and a chat with some of the clients, and always learning something new.
What do you like about working in Care?
I love the challenge of constantly being actively engaged with the client, giving them full attention and care and not just going through the list of tasks as quickly as possible. I like that I can bring my own ‘vibe’ to each call. Overall it’s been great so far.
